Attn Single Players who want to try it Online -- now may be a good time.

I think fate is conspiring against me playing MP. My mouse just died, and now i have no modem or router.

And to all the Pro Players Online:

Give the newbs a chance, help them learn from you, and for the love of god, don't smurf the newb only games. I'd like the Online community to grow, and now that the game is pretty balanced, its a good time to try and draw people to MP.

One idea I've thought of would be to have a new player "signup" and then have a bunch of them all start playing on the same day with the tag [New] in front of their names, allowing them to more easily recognize one another and set up new player only games.  (I think the experienced players would respect that, or at least I would.)  This way we could infuse a bunch of new players online at once so that they could play with one another.

You will see me on shortly. I've been meaning to get into Multiplayer and have been working on getting some time to play.

I have some MP experience and prefer MP, but due to where I live and my busy schedule finding a game is very difficult for me. Finishing one is even harder because people often quit because it is "getting too late" or there is too much lag or something.

I've seen you on at about 3 am U.S. Eastern Standard Time.  I'm guessing that your from the land Downunda'?  It's hard to fined people to play with during the Aussie evenings.

Thats right. Living in the most isolated continent on the planet has its drawbacks. My schedule is slowing down for me atm, so it is very likely that I'll be able to go on ICO in the morning when more people are on so I'll be able to get some more game time.

I've been wanting to give online play a try, and JuleTron I'm in Japan so I'm near your timezone.  I live on an isolated island in the Japanese archipeligo and I've been pushing for a couple of my friends to try out Sins so that we can play together.  They both said that they're gonna try the demo out this week, so here's to hoping that maybe 2 or 3 players from JST will be joining up soon.

What's strange is that I don't see Japanese people gaming very often for both Sins and Unreal Tournament (online multiplayer FPS game).  That isolated island has a population of about 125 million people, many of whom presumably love computers and electronic items.  So where are all of the Japanese gamers?  (I hope they're not all playing anime games.)

Well unfortunately the damn shipment of entrench expacks hasn't even reached hong kong yet i'll probably buy it online this week I've been online on vanilla but there ain't any games hosted except for friends only.
