problème d'instalation

bonjour! je vien d'acheter le jeux sins of solar empire neuf et impossible de l'installer sur mon pc qui es asser bien.il me met ce message d'erreur :

je ne c'est pas quoi faire et j'aimerai beaucoup jouer. pas envie d'avoir payer pour un CD qui ne marche pas.merci d'avance

Hey guys, Im having a similar issue.

 

I just purchases entrenchment online, and I can't get it to download. My version of Sins original is 100% up to date, but the entrenchment doesn't get beyond the 0.0% download point. any help would be greatly appreciated guys... I would really like to get this to work Asap!
