I have game serial # IN stardock, but link to dowload game is ver 5 patch is there anther way to downlod game or get a hold of who wrote this game?

As long as you have the game registered to a Stardock.net account, you can sign into Impulse and always have access to the latest version of the game. If you have not yet done so, install Impulse from here: http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe
