Startup problem

I'm going to say this from the get go, I am using a Macbook pro that has Windows 7 installed on it so any mac haters out there please stay off this thread, ok onto the problem, i installed the game but every time i click "play game" nothing happens, the startup screen disappears, can anyone help me?
