i  bought a new unopend BOXED RETAIL version of sins of a solar empire. when i opend it i riped of the plastic and ...the serial number ripped off to i could still read the whole thing except for one letter that looked like a c. any way im trying to register it so i can update and play multiplayer but it says my serial number is wrong. itried using other letters that looked like it like g.

is there anything i can do? i bought this game becuase of multiplayer so it would be sort of a bust if it didnt work.

ps. when you imput the serial number are you suposed ot put it in all caps or use spaces or these -?

i was just curias if that was the problem.
