I cant get entrenchment to download

Hi all,

I bought entrenchment this morning and I am trying to download it but I keep on getting messages from Impulse that my original copy of Sins, which I bought in stores when it first came out, is not a recognized serial number of stardock. Because of this, I cant download entrenchment which is causing me to worry that I wasted 10 bucks on a program i cant even run. Help!!
