me and my bro are trying to play Entrenchment on LAN, and it says that the mesh files are different,

he has 317 under the original game, whilst i have 320.

Does this affect it at all?

did you have any luck? me and my house mate had the same problem last night (he hasen't woken up so we can test the re-install yet)

Yeah, mesh files are included in the checksum. If two players have different numbers of files or have different versions of the same file, you won't be able to play online.

the re-install worked.

under C:/Program Files/Stardock Games/Sins of a Solar Empire/mesh, there are three files in there you shouldn't have.

 

Supportship_phasegunship.mesh

supportship_psigunship.mesh

Supportship_PsiDecoyFighter.mesh
