MORE!

So I've been thinking...other than Diplomacy, does Ironclad have another stand-alone Sins game in the making?  Having something other than an expansion come onto the market I think would attract tons of new people to the genre.  Though, they shouldn't change a thing about the game now, just add new content as they see fit.

Anyone heard anything about such a thing?

You must be new

IC has a terrible habit of playing things so close to the chest you often wont hear about it until you read it in a 3rd party magazine

Not quite true, they've said that they have something else for Sins after diplomacy planned that is not a "microexpansion" but exactly what is a mystery. But yes, 3rd party game news sites will probably be the ones to tell us exactly what it is.

I'd love to see details on this alleged plan after Diplomacy.  Though I am buying Diplomacy when it comes out in February via Impulse.

Haha yeah yeah.  I just got into Sins and I'm loving it.  I never thought I'd like slow-paced, macro and micro management...but I do :D.  Hit me up on ICO if you wanna play sometime man.  Distorted Truth on ICO.

Not always. They could have tried to make another IP rather than continue Sins. Or far worse, another company might try to buy them out before they make their next masterpeice (I'm looking at you EA). 8(|

Lol they better not buy IC out.  IC is on a roll with these games.  EA would make it "cool" or "trendy" somehow...but fail miserably in the process.  Granted, EA has published some awesome games but yeah...I dont want them touching Sins

I WILL HUNT DOWN THE EA REPRESENTATIVE WHO ATTEMPTS TO BUY IRONCLAD GAMES!!!!!!!

It wouldn't be a rep., but management's decision.  You can go on a killing spree, lol.

Does EA even know that Ironclad exists?  Since Ironclad isn't doing anything for consoles would EA even care?

EA does stuff for PC too.  But probably not.  Until IC starts making a giant profit on games they sell, EA probably won't step in.

EA preatty much ruins anything they touch. look what they did to Command and Conquer! I couldnt bring myself to finish RA3 because it was just too painful and not fun to play, and from what ive seen of Command and Conquer 4, its not going to be much better...

not until EA got their hands on it. Back when it was Westwoods baby, it was definitly one of the best RTS ever.

Meh, I just got the C&C the first decade, and I haven't finishing playing thru it, and I bought this june. as for hearding things after it gets published in some magazine is so true, I remember the shock of hearing that dipolmacy will be the last expansion, I was stuned, I mean they put news here instead

Generals and Zero Hour are awesome - "In The Modern World, Great Leaders Resolve Their Conflicts With Words, Words Like Scud Launcher"

the latest ones are terrible though

I agree, Generals, while different from the other C&Cs, was still a good game. Its the ones after it that EA started to screw up with.

Generals and Zero Hour were good.  I did like Tiberium Wars though.  The campaign's were terrible, but I feel they retained most of the old C&C material.
