Impulse cannot download

I'm lost

I have 2 x games I bought from you, SINS and SINS entrnchment.

I tried installing them on a 2nd computer a while back, and some kind soul merged accounts and somesuch and fixed it

Now I don't know what userid I shouls use, it is Gauthijm and my normal password which I have?

everything should be unde rmy email address, this one, [email protected]

I cannot obvioulsy apply the updates right now, it says invalid stardock.net account

Plz reference SPn#753892 for original problem and fix, and let me know how I can login, under what and which will allow me to update both my games again

PS I sent a personal mail as well to the original tech support guy who helped me with this, maybe you can tell me excatly what I can do to properly configure this impulse thing so my games show as registered, again, and under what user ID (it was Ken janeczko, thx
