Question about where icons are stored

I have IconPackeger and I would like to take my modified icons to my comoputer at work. Since I'm not allowed to install any software at work, I need to know in what file(s) the new icons are stored. I'm running Windows 7 and I thought it might modify Imageres.dll but it doesn't.

I would really appreciate any help with this. I want to be able to enjoy these wonderful icons at work too
