[Suggestion] trade ships between players

In most 4x tbs games you can give ships or even planets to other players. Maybe this is an interesting suggestion for Diplomacy as it concerns this subject. It can be effective for example if you want to win quickly by demanding planets from weaker players in return for a cease fire or help your allies by giving them ships if they are resource/logistics contraint. What do you think? Devs is this fairly easy to implement?

Several people have suggested this in other posts (myself included). I'm hoping it will be easy enough to implement that it will find its way into the final release of diplomacy. It even follows the diplomacy theme. For example, N. Korea has Russian fighters and military equipment, while Israel uses U.S. fighters and military equipment.
