crash on startup with dump's

i dont know why but it wont load entrenchment or normal sins from the digital copy of both from stardock via impulse....windows xp pro athlon 2600 processor "yes i know its an older machine but it still used to work" ati radion 9600 2 gigs of ram 1 terrabyte hd space
