Bug: Steal Income from Planet w/Negative Income

I noticed in Sins Diplomacy (and also probably in the other version I would guess) when the capital ship has steal income from planet auto enabled, it will use this feature even when the income level of the planet is negative (in the red).  The good thing is this doesn't seem to show a loss in income, however, it is kind of annoying that this energy is being wasted.  It should be pretty easy to check and see if the planet has negative income and if so, don't autodeploy that power.

Silly autocast behavior is quite prevelent in this game.  Just off the top of my head I can think of five other abilities that have this problem:  gravity warhead will target ships that aren't even moving, malice will activate even when there's only one target, clairvoyance will be cast on planets that already are revealed by clairvoyance or lingering presence, scramble bombers will activate in plasma storms, detonate antimatter will target ships that have already depleted their antimatter, and these are just the obvious cases.

It's so bad that there's only a short list of abilities I even consider turning autocast on for.  For abilities like embargo, it's best to turn on autocast when you enter a well you want to embargo and turn it off once you leave.

It actually does steal the negative income, making the target planet less "in the red." In other words, it helps the enemy who is being embargoed. I guess this is unintentional, therefore a bug.

Hmm, well it sounds like these are a couple things that they could fix.  Hopefully this is easy to fix.  I would imagine a couple "if" statements to check to make sure certain conditions are true before casting these abilities....

It's in welfare mode.  "Lets share this negative income together."
