I was wondering if there was a program out there that would effectively restrict the space where I can put icons. I don't want something that reserves space so even applications cant cover it, and I dont want something like Fences that is for organizing icons. I have a new desktop I've made up and I want to keep icons from showing up in certain places. Is there anything that will do this?
