I was wondering if there is any way to have a passive ability on a ship where when it is bombing a world, it will also steal some of that planets resources. Any ideas?
Yes it is take a look at the stock ability "steal resources" for some ideas . I would offer to code it for you but my plate is full with Soa2 and Sgi
You could also look at the Sova embargo ability. Or the Vasari colonizer cap's 3rd ability.
