Can't Log Into Impulse

Alright, I can't log into impulse. Everytime I try to, it gives me a "Server not responding, please check your internet connection" error. Its not my firewall or anti-virus. I set up my account today...through the stardock website cause I got the same error when trying to create my account.

I can't update the game and I can't install Entrenchment which I bought last night from this site. Please help.

Still no response to my thread here. I gather the servers went out the day I set up my account, but it has been a week now and I still get the same problem. I sent a message to support, which promises a reply within 2 days, and still haven't received a reply.

I'm getting very disappointed service now. I can understand that I had trouble during a server crash. But to not get a reply from a stardock employee, either on the forums or THE customer support, I beginning to become upset. I would like some kind of reply or I may just get my money back for a product from an apparently failed system.

Any stardock employee: PLEASE RESPOND.

They're on vacation. No one is there to help you. I'd expect something next week. But they probably have a pretty large backlog, so don't go thinking a response will come first thing Monday morning.
