Hey everyone, For those who have played since vanilla came out you know me as MS...

 

Just curious, has the community collapsed yet? Ive been out of the game for 3 months or so and was wondering if anything was better as far as a merge of the vanilla and entrench. Has anything gotten better?

Since three months ago?  Well, the 1.04 patch came out about three months ago, and things have been more or less going strong since.

Online multip-layer has been trudging along.  Several prominent regulars are doing the Diplomacy (some may call it Dip-lame-acy) beta, and when it launches I think you will see a mass migration to it.  But for the most part, game is going strong.

Believe it or not, I think that online player counts have actually increased in the past two or three months.  New players are still coming online, by the way.

The way you phrased your question, it almost sounds like you are waiting, hoping for the online game to collapse.

o no way dirty.. u know i loved this game way too much for that.. im actaully stoked to get back into it now.. Since COD MWF2 came out.. thats all i have been playing... but you convinced me to make a return

Speaking as a new player as of last week, it seems good.  Some things seem weak kung-fu, like finding a valid replay, or where the hell the manual for the game is, but overall, the play seemed reasonably decent meta and the forums are friendly provided one posts in the right manner.  I like the community so far.  ;-)

unfortunately that pretty much the only time there are some games going on.... living on the GMT+ side of the world you'll have a hard time finding any games during the week, unless you got nothing to do early in the morning -_-

WTB more European, Asian and Oceanic players!
