[bug?] Enemy incoming warnings.

Don't know if it should be considered a bug or not, or if its been mentioned before. (I couldn't find mention of it in a brief scan, but if I overlooked it my apologies.)

So when we have cease fires with others and their ships jump to our gravity wells we are getting incoming hostiles messages. I don't remember this being the case in the core game, though I havent played it in awhile. So is it an isolated problem on my version or are others experiencing this as well? Just curious.
