I understand there were some service failures over Christmas related to Impulse, purchase, activation, etc but did those failures also have an impact on ICO playability? I've been playing pretty regularly with a friend since then and it's been incredibly laggy, almost to the point of being unplayable. Are there still some issues lurking that would explain this lack of performance when playing via ICO? It never used to be this bad. Any insight would be appreciated. We are both running v1.181 over Comca$t cable and it's only Sins that gives these problems.
