Alright a little 3v3 with Hard Ai's new beta.  I fired it up got it going One of the two Ai's is doing well the other became an idiot,  Claimed no second bases,  Forein Invasion map.....  So whatever I keep playing pump out some evny ships early send them over.  I am sitting around 18.0 before they send their first envy ships out....Sad.  So finally The smater AI gets to 12 percent I offer the first 2 pacts at 11.5  He then only offers resourse pact after I offer the two.  I give out countless missions, haha Kill 1 ship over and over and over.  I get missle pact this is with only the smarter AI the other.... I got no clue what he is doing.  Then the smart AI pulls out he takes his envy ships away and the relations go down???  They havent offered any missions or anything. This is fustrating cause I want to get the extra aircraft pact so I can have more planes flying around from my carriers....
