Trainers? (for Version 1.0)

How to make and/or find?

I'm rather new to this game, and have version 1.0 at the moment (hardware issues for the graphcis and whatnot are making me weary of updating at the moment).  My question is, how would a trainer for this game be made (or found), I've looked around and all I can find is a "Promo" version that only does two things, with the others being one containing a virus (grr...) or...that I'd have to ultimatly pay money for.  I'm new to this sort, (having never made one) so I don't know how, unless someone has a "full" version of a trainer (with no viruses or no charge)? Thanks for any time and assistance anyone can provide.

There is really no reason not to update....they fix many memory issues and since 1.0. Your performance might improve.

As for trainers?? Im not sure what anyone means when they say trainers....but anyhow you can use Dev.exe for instant cash, building, and research. Or when you update you can create a simple mod.

How does the dev work? Does it also do the resources?

www.cheathappens.com

They will have what you are looking for, but updating would be a good idea.

Cheat Happens charges (ultimatly) for it, which is why I was asking in this stopic if anyone had one/how they were done/what works in this Dev.exe thing I had never heard of before.

When you update you should see in your Sins of A Solar Empire folder. You will see an icon called...... Dev.exe

Play the game using that. It might pop up some error and such but ignore them. Dev.exe is used by the Devs and modders to help us bug hunt and stuff.

Once you got your game started....you will see it plays just like normal SINS. But if you press Ctrl+Shift+. (might be , or / also) you will get a menu. From there you can mess around with all kinds of stuff. Like turning off the AI, or damage, or activating Quick Play which gives you a crap ton of cash, resources, instant build, no ability cooldown, all reaserach, and maybe a few other things. That sounds like what your looking for.

If you dont mind me asking why do you need a 'trainer'? If your having trouble, play a larger map with pirates off, and AI on easy. Its really the best way to learn by trial and error.
