Sins of a Solar Empire - serial code won't work to register for updates

Hi,

I'm trying to get updates for sins of a solar empire but first I need to register the product. I enter the serial number and it says that either it or my email is invalid. obviouisly, my email works and I've entered the code numerous times and it doesn't work. I'm even inputting the " - " as the directions said to. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not seeing Sins registered to your account. If you purchased it using a different email address than what you're logging into Impulse with, you may need to merge your accounts, which you can do so here:

https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/

If all else fails, give [email protected] a shout, and they should be able to straighten things out for you.
