Though the expansion has been released early to the beta owners I'm still going to run this last Entrenchment 1v1 invitational on ICO tomorrow.  My replays are working, it seems, and I'm on the latest version.

I'll post when the competition begins and ends, it won't be knockout so you can join in at any time.  The replays are a large part of the attraction of the tournament though, so they stay as the means of determining victories.  I'll be using the 'Colosseum' rules, so points will be awarded to valiant losers in valid replays.  Well if it was good enough for the Roman Empire, it should be good enough for us...  Maybe auto-save could break any tie, in the unlikely event of there being one? 

If the mutterings in the Elite Warlords Club about the 'new chef' are to be believed, then it might be time for some Entrenchment 1v1 anyway, while we await 'adjustments' to MP.... 

Well- maybe a 1v1 night not such a good plan with the new patch out then?

The original concept was that as I had stuff to do I would merely encourage 1v1 matches from ICO, however hardly anyone seemed keen and as I finished early I opened up a 1v1 myself.  I played one match against an Advent who went for starbases very early, and then.. not much really, waited around and players would appear then disappear and join a 4s or 5s.

So unless anyone was really looking forward to Storm Front 1v1 tonight.. that's it.  At least StarP got a few matches going without having to play in them himself, I suppose he wins!
