I've had the retail version of this game for two years now, and I just today decided to give online play a try. It took me a while to get all the updates downloaded with Impulse, but now it says that my account name isn't found. I used my CD-Key for this account! I'm on the forums with the account as we speak! I can get on Impulse, Stardock.com, and even here, but it won't work in the game.
Can someone please tell me what's wrong?
