i have buyed diplomacy on the 5. feb, but i didnt get the serial yet.
when will stardock email me the serial?
Have you had any confirmation of purchase at all? My serial was with the first email I got after paying for it. If not, is there any way you can check whether the payment was successful? Otherwise, I suggest emailing them and asking.

i dont have get an email from stardock sales, only from the provider of the payment, that the transaction was succesful.

To preordered the trinity thing and have serials for Sins and Entrenchment, but not Diplo.
I am also not seeing it in impulse (correct email...only email...and restarted it etc.)
