Why is this not in the game? I wait forever for my allies to offer me their pacts, but they only offer like 1... in the whole game. I dont see why it is not already an option, since everything else is requestable. Either this or making AIs give pacts more frequently would be a great improvement.
What difficulty AI? I've played on Hard only so far and they always offer me all pacts later on
They offer a pact when they have one researched and have proper relations. This is a given. If they only offered you one, that means they either only researched one or didn't have the relations for more.
If they have the pact and you have the love-o-mete high enough they will offer...and when it goes south they takeith away.
It IS kinda robotic, rightly so I guess.
