Anybody want the answer to 3?
Sure, spit it out
Oh, and Morph, I was always told that in Firered (where I got my Charizard) that he was an attack specialist. I could be mistaken, but every other one I've seen has a higher attack than special attack.
Yes, you are mistaken. Charizard is, and always have been a special attacker. That doesnt mean that it has terrible Attack though, but certainly not very good.
If your Charizard was Adamant nature, then that means that it has 10% raised Attack, and 10% lowered Special Attack, which results in about the same Attack and Special Attack stats (Base value of ~100).
Now, give it some EV training or vitamins, to inscrease its Attack, and you have slightly higher Attack than Special Attack.
But again, Charizard is normally a special attacker. You can get the most out of him if you focus on its special attack, rather than its attack.
Your Charizard sounds like a mixed-build to me. I rarely see mixed Charizards, but it can happen. But certainly not a pure Attacker though. That just cant happen

The only physical competitive Charizard is Bellyzard. And Morph your "fast" Raikou would cry against an aerodactyl(sp?).
Yes, Bellyzards can be competitive on Wi-Fi battling, especially when the opponent expects to see a special Charizard that is Choice Specs, or Scarfed.
And about my Raikou, yes I know that Aerodactyl is faster, but my level 45 Raikou pwned Lance's level 48 Aerodactyl, which outspeeds my whole team, and that was enough for me.
What I said originally still stands though. Naive nature for Raikou is just fail. Too bad I didnt get lucky like my Soul Silver game, where my Raikou happened to be Modest nature, with increased Special Attack, and reduced Attack stats.
Oh well
