I've been playing Diplomacy for a bit, but there's no way I could demand gifts from allies/enemies. I tried the Offer Mission button but I still don't get any options. Anyone else have the same issue?
Im pretty sure this question has been asked before.. but oh well,
the problem with demanding gifts from other players is that they need to have researched the tech as well,
so even though you have researched it and can give credits to others, you can only demand them if they have researched it themselves,
try doing it later in the game
