No ICO server in asia? :-(

I am in asia now and will be here a few months. I have internet, but when I log onto ICO to play, the pings are monstrously huge (5000, 10,000, 20,000) and I can't play. I can access anything else on the internet fast (google, email, etc). Heck, even the sins web site pops up and fills in fast. It's just ICO.

I guess there is no server in asia?

Stardock doesn't like Asia because of the pirates. D:

Frogboy made a post somewhere that more or less said they have no plans on creating a game that targets the Asian demographics given their viewpoints on DRM and how unprofitable it would be because of it. They are a buisness after all.
