Envoy stacking?

Has probably already been answered somewhere, but do your envoys at an allied world stack as far as the diplomatic bonuses?

As far as I know, the more cruisers you have at planet, the faster the planet reaches its maximum diplomatic modifier (+1.5 to relationship i think) As far as the Actual bonuses that the planets and player get, I pretty sure they dont stack. Best to stick two or three cruisers at every planet.

In case of donate money TEC envoy ability and resource extraction Vas ability u can put 2 or 3 envoys on planet and alternate their abilities to get constant boost. As if they stack those abilities Vas ability definitely doesn't but on other hand im not so sure about TEC donate money. Will test it out and post reply.

Donate money TEC ability does stack so u can have 10 envoys on single planet each with donate ability on at the same time.
