Game extends offscreen

Any menu in the game has the bottom third cut off as if it continues below the screen. The HUD during gameplay is working fine, but even the research page has the lower third cut off of it. I have an Acer Aspire One netbook, running screen resolution at 1024x600. This little computer is able to play games like EVE and WoW, so I don't know what is up. Would love any suggestions.

It sounds to me that your laptops screen resolution is set different then your in game resolution. I know that this it probably one of the first things that you checked, but it could be that you have always been running the wrong resolution on your lap top and have never known it.

According to every thing i am finding, that resolution is for a 9" screen.

What laptop are you using, and what size screen are you using?

The game's minimum resolution is 1024x768. There are some UI mods that will compact it to fit in smaller resolutions (you'd still need to set the resolution manually in the config files) though.

Ah that is why then. I am missing the bottom 168 pixels. I'll check out those mods then. Thanks a bunch.
