Invalid Registration Code

So i just bought trinity yesterday and when i went to patch to play with my friends it made me make an account.  The only problem is it would not accept the 50 different combinations of CD keys or registration codes or whatever.  One message i received was different than the others and i sent a support email to the company and am currently waiting for a reply.  So i have two questions:  Does anyone else have this issue? and, How long does it usually take for support in situations like this? I know some companys take 2 weeks others take two hours.

Stardock is very good about getting back to people quickly. If this were a weekday I would expect the reply back within 24-48 hours, but since it's the weekend it will probably be until Monday.

Yeah, I'm getting the same problem...  :|

 

I'm going to fire off an email, hopefully this isn't as bad as when lucas arts managed to screw up 5 different keys, and then made a total recall... :annoyed:

 

 

Edit:  Ah, okay.  I've managed to fix it, basically once you get that error exit the setup file and go to the support website for stardock.  https://www.stardock.com/support/index.aspx   -  From there retrieve your serial numbers by entering the email address that you registered with.  Go to your email and then just above where your serial number is is a link to a download file for the impulse setup.  Install Impulse and then go into my games and Sins of a Solar Empire will be waiting for you.

 

I'm not quite sure why this bug wasn't found before production but it only takes two minutes to solve.
