Mods do not appear in Mod menu

Ive downloaded Bailkights mod (or something like that) and followed the readme file exactly but when i select the mod tabs ingame nothing is there. does anyone know why?

You posted the topic twice...also make sure you have the right v of sins, be it vanilla or entrenchment, deplomacy.
