Envoy Bonus

Bug?

I'm playing a match with one allied AI and open Teams. But i can't get over  4.50 Envoy Bonus and so remain at 14.50.

No matter what i do, i placed three Envoys in each sector of my ally and even sacrificed them which should give me an instant 0.5 Bonus but it doesn't.

 My ally has a relation of over 17 towards me.

It must be a bug, i can't explain it.

 

 

And another question, it doesn't give you any advantage to ally yourself with the same race does it ? You don't get the double bonus of and pacs  boni right ?

How many planets did it have?

 

At any rate, you want to make pacts with one person from each race.  Ideally, you would be Vasari with pacts from both Advent and TEC allies, thus making you unstoppable late game.

You can only get +1.50 as an Envoy bonus at any given planet, whether you have one envoy ship in a gravity well or 1,000.  To get the full 10.00 envoy bonus, the other faction needs 7 planets under their control, with one of your envoys at each.

you can't make the same pact twice as i understand. You have to choose with whome you make it.

True.  Though I wonder if multiple people can make the same one with you.  Like:

You are Vas, with 3 Tec, can they all make their Supply pact with you or can you only accept the first?
