I'm trying to get a game together with some people online, however, I'm unable to log into Ironclad Online. Isn't it this account I need to use, or is it a different account I need to create!?
First off, are your copies of the game fully patched up? What versions are you playing on? (Look for the version number in the lower right corner when you have the game running.) Have you been updating the game with Impulse? You cannot log on unless your copy of the game is fully updated, which requires Impulse and is part of the DRM.
I own Sins of a Solar Empire, and I got Entrenchment and Diplomacy through Impulse. They're fully patched as far as I know. It says Diplomacy 1.011
ICO uses a separate account system, not the same one as Impulse and the forums. You will need to create an account there if you haven't.
