Quick mod

I always make a mod that allows me and my friends capable of getting lots of capatal ships at really low prices, then i set everythings experience points so it is really easy to level up, and then we bash each other with em not very strategic but fun:)

Ok, so basically there are a few things i want to do I'am not entirely sure they are possible but here they are:

-first i want to be able to make capital ships stackable

-If i can make them stackable do you think i will be able to set all of the same type abilities, so instead of tabbing over to the next one with an ability point??

- I noticed even though i set there to be lots of capital ships the AI's still dont make lots of capital ships to come after us, is there a way to change this so they come and bash us as well, this is the one that stumps me i dnt think it's possible, and i dont know where to begin.
