Can someone tell me or give me a link in the tutorials and software how to create a Icons,Cursor,Skins,etc.
A tutorial video would be helpful..

i dont have links to tuts, but im sure someone will, but to make a cursor you need cursor fx and that comes with aniutil (for animations)
for icons you need icondeveloper and icon packager. you need skinstudio7 for windowblind skins and windowblinds,
