hello

my friend brought me a preowned copy of sins for me as a gift, got it home installed and on start up all i get is a black screen i hear audio but get nothing else i am running windows 7 and the latest update for my graphics card.

when i installed impulse to try the update system to see if that will fix it i get this (ref:204) message saying my email address or serieal number was invaild trying to register my code.

i have seen many posts saying send the support people a message but have not worked out how to send a ticket

can anyone out there help me?
