Can´t create a Ironclad AQ

Hi i need help i can not create a ironclad AQ when i try to do it whit sins of a solar Empire Diplomasy it says DISCONECTED FROM SERVER and i got a internet conection i need help ( i ame whery bad at spelin eng sorry)

Have you updated your game?

Your game verison should be 1.011 for Diplomacy.

Also make sure that any firewalls you have are set to allow the game.
