If I get Diplomacy will I have to redo all my mods from entrench 1.051 for them to work with it?

if you want to get your mods to work with Diplomacy yes you do have to rework them

there is a new line in the ships entity files

allegianceDecreasePerRoundtrip 0.000000

found on the bottom, add that in and I think that will all that you need

you didn't affect research did you?

because that is a different can of worms

yeah, more annoying than anything else, though I think harpo99999 has a tool that fixes that, he's got tools for everything else

I think this is what you need but not sure, not really familiar with harpos tools (I use another set but our lead modder asked that we don't release them)

darearkin, as ryat stated the MAIN difference is the extra line in the ship entitys AND the new diplomacy research screen which is in the playerRACE.entity's , so if our mods do not have the PlayerRACE.entity's then it is easy to convert the mod over, BUT the playerRACE.entity's are hell to convert, also the entity.manifests would need to be re-done.
