Sins Trinity will not install properly...

When I try to install Trinity, I get a message that says "fatal error during installation, cannot verify that this program is compatible with Windows XP; this program will not be installed" or something to that effect.

Help?

I've not heard of that one (not that I'm an expert).

[email protected] is usually a good bet.

Are you installing from a disc, or through Impulse?  What version of Windows are you using?

Im not entirely sure if our problem is the same but mine makes me upset and is similar. Mine tells me this "The feaure you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click okay to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'sins_setup.msi' in the box below." Then it gives a type line with the browse button next to it. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do and help with this issue would be wonderful. I really don't want to learn that I wasted my money. Thanks.

I am having an install error with a retail version of Trinity which I just bought. I am getting a runtime error when I try and install the game on a Windows 7 64 bit machine. It keeps popping up with runtime error out of bounds 0.

If you have a bad disc, you may be able to take it back to where you purchased it and swap it out for a good one.  Your other option is to use Impulse to download and install the game:

http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe

Once it's installed, you can log in using your forum account.  To register the game with your account, click on the help icon in the upper right of the Impulse interface (the one that looks like a blue circle with a question mark) and select "Register a product with Impulse".  Once on the registrations page, in the bottom right, click the 'Add Registration' button.  In the Window that appears, enter your serial number (Remember all serials use letters A-F and numbers 0-9.  Dashes in the serial number are important and must be included), followed by your e-mail you used to create your forum account, the product category and the product name (If you serial is recognized, these last 2 will be auto filled).  Click 'Add Registration' button and you've registered your product.  This will register the software to your account, and get you the latest updates to your product, as well as keep track of the serial number if you ever need to install again.

I, too, am having difficulty installing SoaSE Trinity on my Windows 7 64 bit laptop.  When I try installing from disc, it freezes at "manual.pdf, 27%"  I have e-mailed tech support but haven't received a response yet.  ANy advice greatly appreciated.

Trinity is the name of the collection of all of the Sins games.  It's exactly the same content-wise as having all three games, and is completely compatible in multiplayer.  You're not missing out on anything.
