i bought the game with pay pal and get an order nr. Where ca i get the serial nr? i am realy frustrated! just cant play! anyone who can help?

Just open up impulse. Go to the "My games" tab.
Right click on Sins of a Solar Empire then click on View registration.
Then you can copy it to your clip board and ctr+v inside of the game to paste it.
