Account Name Not Found

Hello everyone.

I'm having trouble logging on to Ironclad Online. I JUST make my account, and when I put my details in, it says Name not found. I try to create again, and it says CD key taken!

I'm already sent an email to support but I was wonder if there's something I'm doing wrong?

Also, what's the general turnaround time for a support request through Ironclad Online?
