Password of death

So I was trying make an account for Ironclad online when I used what I deem the password of death. I used this password for ages when out of the blue it suddenly doesnt work on anything I reset on reccently. I have no idea what to do about this since I cant find a reset button for the ironclad online. Any ideas on what I could do? I tried to make another account but the Cd key has already been used.. Please help!!

It was previously installed on my computer using a friends disk, then I bought the game yesterday and reinstalled the entire game...

And I attempted to follow the link you gave me but it just sent me to the home page. I'm currently looking for the support tab right now
