OK heres the problem... i cant play multiplayer... the reason... when i log into ICO SoaSE freezes.... when i play it in window mode i see nothing prompting the firewall or security program... and i have no idea what the port and adress is for on the LAN multiplayer... can someone PLEASE HELP. Thankyou

Should you need more clarification after reading through the stickies feel free to ask follow-up questions.....
The address in multi-player is for I.P. connect over internet (http://www.whatsmyip.org/) bypassing ICO and the port is usually left at what it is. If there is a LAN party there is no need for the address, just refresh the LAN list.
