Unable to update Sins

Ok, I just started to play Sins again but i have some questions about the updates from the official website and from Impulse.

 

How do you actually download the patches from the website. I went to the [email protected], typed my serial key with my account, but it tells me that my serial key is invalid (btw i purchased a hardcopy of Sins), can someone tell me what is the problem.

I also tried to use the Impulse to download the patch, but it said the following: Product Registration Failed: The email address or serial number you entered is invalid. Check to make sure that you have entered the correct information. (ref:204). I double checked the cd-keys but it still gives that the message.

It sounds like you're logging into Impulse with an account that the games are not registered to.  Contact [email protected] with the serial numbers and any email addresses they may be registered to and we'll try to sort this out for you.
