A problem with some Mods

Hello everyone, recently i reinstalled sins on my computer, the game executes jsut fine, i load  Bailknight's Graphic Mod

and no fleet-unkeep but when i start a skirmish the mods doesnt seem to work.

 

I need to know if there is a way to solve this because i love those mods and now I can't use them T.T.

What version of Sins do you have and what expansions (if any)? More than likely one of the two are incompatible with your version of Sins (I'd guess fleet-upkeep).
