Every time I right click the screen view spins around 270deg approx
This makes changing the camera view very tiresome.
Any one know how to remedy this?

that seems odd, check your keyboard/mouse settings
do you have a joystick plugged into your system at the moment?
I'm an avid flight-simmer and sometimes when playing other games they don't read the joystick calibration correctly and cause weird issues like the one you're describing. When that happens, I unplug my joystick and everything returns to normal.
