Because as of right now when I play in windowed moving the mouse to the top, bottom or sides will get the mouse outside the window, so i can't pan the camera with the mouse. It's annoying and I wonder if there's any fix?

There may be third party applications that will do that, but there is no option in the game to trap the cursor in windowed mode, no.
