First of all, what versions of Sins do you have? Depending on that answer, you can find mods that add races from...

*Star Wars

*Star Trek

*Star Gate (Don't you love the creativity of Sci-fi series)

*Babylon 5

*Warhammer 40k

Plus a couple that add unique races that are just from their creators minds. And that's just off the top of my head.
